Limitation of Liability: Komaki is not liable for any indirect damages arising from improper
vehicle use or unauthorized modifications.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be
resolved in courts located in Gurgaon.
Delivery Related Issues : If a customer received a damaged vehicle during delivery, customers must provide a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video. This video should capture the entire process from the sealed package to the fully visible vehicle, clearly showing any damage. The video serves as crucial evidence to verify the damage occurred before or during delivery and helps expedite the claim process. Customers must contact customer service immediately, share the video, and provide any additional requested documentation. Claims may be delayed or rejected if a complete unboxing video is not provided.
